TwistLock is still a basic electric solenoid motor, for operating (in the main) turnouts. It is powered by a normal 16vDC supply (and can take up to 3 amps) and is fully compatible with all Peco turnouts up to O gauge (and can handle many other proprietary brands too). But no longer will any soldering of wires to the terminals be necessary, nor the cutting of large holes in the baseboard. Twin micro switch kit.

A simple yet effective method of switching turnouts. The Studs are inserted into the control panel, often laid out as a layout diagram. A wire is then soldered to the tag at the back, which goes to the relevant solenoid of the turnout motor. When power is applied by touching the powered probe on the stud the Turnout Motor is activated.

This microswitch housing plugs directly into a ready made recess on the Double Slip to house a Microswitch to operate the polarity switching.

Clip this unit either side of an insulation gap on Peco HO/OO track. This can be used to isolate a loco at the end of a terminal road or siding, thereby enabling another loco to take the stock out.
