The binding price is exclusively the one shown on the respective retailer's website at the time of purchase. We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the displayed information.

3. Links to external websites

ModelTrainDeals contains links to third-party websites (online retailers). We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

4. Sponsored content

Some retailers on ModelTrainDeals are marked as «Sponsored». This means there is a paid partnership. Sponsored retailers may be highlighted in the display, but price sorting is always by lowest price.

5. User account

Creating an account is voluntary and free. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. We reserve the right to delete accounts that violate these terms.

6. For retailers — Listing and removal

ModelTrainDeals lists publicly accessible price information from online retailers. If you are a retailer and wish to be removed from our platform, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 5 business days.

ModelTrainDeals is provided «as is», without any warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of our website or the linked retailer websites.
