Bertram Mills Circus 707 horse transport wagon of the BR equipped with an English hook coupling.Prototype: In the mid-20th century, the British railway network was used to transport large numbers of horses, primarily between races, but also for private, circus, and military horses. This example is a horse transporter belonging to the Bertram Mills Circus. The Bertram Mills Circus was famous for its Christmas shows at Olympia in West London.
