The Deutsche Reichsbahn commissioned the company Waggonbau Niesky to produce them. The wagons had a buffer length of 16.36 m, a loading volume of 85 m³, a deadweight of 25.5 t, and a maximum permitted speed of 120 km/h. A total of 343 examples were produced, intended for the transport of hazardous liq
