British Railways Class A1 Terrier steam locomotive.Prototype: The Class A1 Terrier steam locomotive entered service in October 1875 as No. 59 Cheam, one of Stroudley's Class A1 Terriers. It was converted to A1X in December 1921 and became No. 2659 on the Southern Railway two years later. It was given the BR No. 32659 in 1948 before being incorporated into the Southern Railway fleet as DS681 in 1953 and withdrawn from service in 1963.
